As used herein, “Consumer(s)” or “you”, or “user” refer to anyone who accesses and/or uses the Site.

The Site, and the products and services described on the Site, are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 you should not be visiting the Site. You may not download, view, copy or print information or any other aspect of this Site, unless expressly agreed to by us, or: (i) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, such as to print consents, disclosures, agreements, and other pages specifically related to your Fora account; and (ii) provided that no proprietary notices or disclaimers therein are modified, obscured or altered. The information on this Site is for informational purposes only and although we strive to be accurate, we do not warrant the Site’s completeness, timeliness or accuracy.
This Site may be accessed through most web browsers. You agree not to use any robot or other automatic device, manual process or application or data mining or extraction tool to access, monitor, copy or use the Site. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Site. You agree not to take any other action in connection with your use of the Site that violates any local, provincial/territorial, national or international law, rule, regulation or order of any court or that may otherwise be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to investigate or take legal action against any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site or any services provided via the Site. Our decision not to pursue legal action for any violation of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision of these Terms or any of our legal rights.

You acknowledge and agree that, if you provide us any ideas, feedback, suggestions, materials, information, opinions, or other input (collectively, “Feedback”), regardless of any accompanying communication, we have no obligation to review, consider, or implement your Feedback. Further, you agree that Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis. Subject to our Privacy Policy, Fora has an unconditional and unlimited right to use, reproduce, modify, and disclose such Feedback without any obligations or restrictions of any kind, including compensation or attribution.
ONE-TIME PASSWORD VERIFICATION
If applicable, you agree to enter your phone number (as part of the application or once you have a Fora account) that you are authorized to use. You consent to Fora sending you: (a) text message(s) to your mobile phone number; or (b) a voice message to your landline phone number. This message includes a one-time security code that you will be asked to input to authenticate your phone number. If you have previously authenticated your phone number, you agree that such authentication and any associated consents are still in effect. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You understand and agree that should you be approved for a Fora account, such account is personal to you and you agree not to provide any other person with access to this Site or portions of it using your login credentials or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your login credentials or password or any other breach of security by sending an email to service@foracredit.ca or calling us at 1-888-899-FORA. You are responsible for any password misuse or any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to disable or terminate your account, any login credentials or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including any violation of any provision of these Terms.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW
The Site and these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule (whether of the laws of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction) and notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location.
GENERAL
You may not assign or otherwise transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder. Our failure to act on any breach of any provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of the enforcement of any provision unless we agree to such waiver in writing. If any portion of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that portion will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms set forth the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and us.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Fora may revise these Terms at any time. Any and all such modifications are effective immediately upon posting and apply to access to and continued use of the Site. You agree to periodically review the Terms to be aware of any such modification and your continued use of the Site shall be your acceptance of the new Terms.
